1200m range 5mm@40m accuracy terrestrial laser scanner HS1200 with
max. 500kHz PRR operation from -20℃～+65℃
HS1200 high-precision and long range terrestrial laser scanner is
independently developed by Wuhan Hi-Cloud Technology Co.,Ltd. It is
a pulse based, full waveform, high-precision and high-frequency
stand-by 3D laser scanner. Supporting by the 3D laser point cloud
processing software which is also independently developed by
Hi-Cloud, it breaks through the barrier from original data
acquisition to data output.
The scanner is widely used in various application fields such as
digital cultural heritage, smart city, topographic mapping,
electric power exploration, geological disaster investigation,
construction engineering and so on.
Features of HS1200 terrestrial laser scanner
1. It is a high precision terrestrial laser scanner.
The ranging accuracy of HS1200 terrestrial laser scanner is up to
5mm@40m. With this high accuracy, the data obtained by the scanner
can meet the needs of various high-precision application scenarios.
Therefore the system can be widely used in fieleds such as
high-precision docking of bridge formwork at the construction site,
protection of ancient buildings and cultural relics, industrial
application expansion, etc.
2. It is extensible terrestrial laser scanner.
HS1200 terrestrial laser scanner has the reserved GNSS interface,
WiFi interface and camera interface. It can be used as fixed
scanning in most scenarios. It can also realize vehicle-mounted
scanning mode, that means HS1200 scanner can be placed on mobile
platforms such as cars to quickly switch between vehicle-mounted
scanning mode and fixed scanning model after hardware expansion.
3. It is a terrestrial laser scanner with full autonomy.

Application fields of HS1200 terrestrial laser scanner
1. Building facade measurement
Traditional building facade measurement uses prism-free total
station to obtain 3D point coordinates of key positions of
buildings, combined with measuring tape and rangefinder to measure
the detail dimensions, manual sketch, and uses high-definition
camera to take pictures of building facade texture. The emergence
and development of 3D laser scanning measurement technology
overcomes the limitations of traditional building facade
measurement method. It is no longer a measurement mode of building
length, width and height by using tape measure, rangefinder and
other simple tools, but it is a high efficient measurement method
that can scan buildings quickly and accurately without contact, at
the same time, the obtained point cloud information is quickly
transformed into data that can be processed by computer.
2. Protection of ancient relics
The point cloud formed by scanning the building with a 3D laser
scanner can help us complete the results of elevation drawing
(plan, elevation and section), 3D model components, basic dimension
measurement and so on. During the acceptance of new buildings, the
accurate and detailed 3D model can be obtained by scanning the
buildings, so as to complete the construction quality detection
through calculation or comparison, so as to transform the
traditional feature point quality detection into overall detection.

4. Topographic mapping
HS1200 terrestrial laser scanner can reflect the 3D shape

form of high-precision and high-density discrete point cloud, and

vectorized 3D spatial shape information of the target object.
